Announcement of holiday in primary, secondary and higher secondary schools of the district on 28th September?
Chandrapur : On the occasion of Ganpati Visarjan and Anant Chaturdashi, as per the instructions of the District Collector, the Education Officer (Primary) has declared a holiday on Thursday, September 28, 2023 in the primary, secondary and higher secondary schools of the district. The work of colleges and government offices in the district starts regularly from Thursday, 28 September 2023. But children have expressed concern over starting private schools.
According to sources, the famous private school in and around Ghugus suddenly announced on September 27 that the school will start on September 28. Due to which the students became disappointed. In such a situation, are the schools under the control of the collector or not? It is possible to formulate such questions. Or is this holiday announced only for some selected schools?
Also, according to the circular of the state government, the Collector’s office has informed that Eid-e-Milad has been declared a public holiday on Friday, 29 September 2023.
