Ghugus (Chandrapur) : A QR code has been created for citizens of Ghugus municipal council area to register complaints. Ghugus Municipal Council is the only one that provides facility of registering complaints through QR code. The relevant QR code has been installed at important places in the city and any citizen can scan it and register a complaint related to the municipal council, the municipal council has taken immediate notice of this complaint. And after redressal of the complaint, feedback is given to concerned citizens through telephone, SMS or email. This is a step towards dynamic, people-oriented and transparent governance.
Citizens no longer need to approach or apply to the City Council for any complaint related to city street lights, sanitation, water supply, roads, parks or the City Council. In particular, it has made a complaint register available to the citizens 24 hours a day and 7 days a week.
