Leader silent on illegal transportation in restricted area?
Ghugus (Chandrapur) : The work of flyover on Ghugus-Wani road of the city has been going on for the last several months. In this work, some transporter officials are driving heavy vehicles with the blessings of dominance, money and other forces. Due to which the water supply pipeline in the area is getting damaged again and again. But the carelessness and ignorance of the officials is inviting a major untoward incident. Such discussions are happening in the area.
According to sources, along with local transporters of the city, now road lines, highways and other vehicles are also passing through the restricted area unhindered. There is no control over this by any PWD, RTO, contractor, local police, leader or others. Transportation is being carried out whenever there is a chance within 24 hours. Due to which accidents cannot be ruled out in the area. Some kind of damage to the water supply pipeline cannot be ruled out.
